Day 27

Well, not working out has proved to be stupid. I'm maintaining if not gaining.  I have the portion control down,  now i just need to say no to pizza and other high fatty foods.  Getting tired of soup and salads.

I only have a couple days left till the next weigh in... and it's not looking good.

Instead of rewards for losing weight, i think i need to pull money into the piggy bank for the weight i have NOT  lost.
Example: i should have lost 5lbs by Feb 1st... so if i don't, i deposit $5 into the bank.  After a few months i may feel the squeeze.  And if nothing by July, i get Jenny Craig
