A friend from HS has lost over 120# by doing keto. And with my sister's wedding in 15 months, I use this as motivation to do as well. I have 90# to lose but that's a lot!! With 69 weeks it breaks down to only 1.5# per week. Nice, slow & steady.
I got the Lose it! app that the dr's talk about. I liked my fitness pal, but we'll see how this one goes.
