So Friday I was told to stop running till the pain in my ankle goes away. She took an xray and there was no signs of a stress fracture. But it only hurts when I put pressure on it. Walking with an ace bandage still hurts.
I can still do other workouts that don't involve jumping on my feet. So time to bust out the old magazine moves. Shape magazine and stuff like that. Backing out of the half marathon this year. I can still do the 5ks cuz I can walk then if need be. 5 more weeks till the dodgers run.
Eating better is the most important right now. And most of eating better include salads, fruits and not eating much. My love of food is going to change. I still wanna keep Sunday funday, just don't go crazy with the portions.
