Did NOT want to wake up this morning! McDonalds coffee/breakfast to my rescue! & 1/2 a bagel from the Dr's isn't the way Monday should start... Extra walking tonight! At least I have smart choices for lunch and dinner... A piece of chicken the husband made for lunch & a turkey and avocado sandwich for dinner.
Provided I get a good walk and don't snack tonight, my day should balance out just right. Busy day at the office has me running around. That's another 100 calories burning! :)
