Ok! Got a new week here! Time to buckle down on everything!
Self control back on.
This weekend was my nephew's birthday, which means bbq & beer with cupcakes for dessert... I sweat a lot, but from the heat, not working out :( although we did a great walk down the giant hill and back up. I think Remy well be sore tomorrow :) Sunday is time with my father for his birthday too, so another day off.
I haven't been able to weigh myself, so I'll have to wait till Monday morning. I feel good about it though. Maybe tomorrow we'll do Red Lobster & I'll get salmon.... Mmmm that sounds gooooood!
Although we lost Emily today, and I felt very depressed cuz of it, I didn't stay away from my limits today. I had my homemade breakfast sandwich for breakfast, only half a sandwich with my hummus for lunch, and dinner I had two brats, but no bread. Well see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
Very proud of myself! I worked out again today. I didn't yesterday cuz I was so beat tired from work...so today I did yesterday's workout today too!
It's that time, and my comfort food is pizza...so I blew my calories after I got home. However, the day was very successful, so I didn't ruin it too much.
I'm now out of lettuce & need to finish off sandwich foods, so I'll have to make sure I don't eat too many carbs & work out hard! I'll keep you posted on the progress.

I started back up...i'm tired of having excess weight & my clothes not fitting right.
After work I did my cardio circuit for 10 minutes. I am so out of shape, I couldn't continue with the second part of my workout. Traffic was so bad today,I decided to park my car and walk the block. It felt good!
Lil D gave me a trail mix bar to hold me over through my workout. I forgot my salad, but I was good and had a salad when I got home. Still a little hungry, but I'll just drink water.
So day one successful.
Weighed in at 176.8 this morning!
