Two week schedule
30  crunches
25s planks
20  squats
15  lunges
10  pull ups
  5  push ups

1/2 mile run

Tuesday, Friday & Sunday are off days

What's next?

Now that my marathon is done, I think I'm in love...

even though I am sore (more stiff than sore) I'm ready to hit the pavement! Gonna give myself a week or two off to recover. I pulled my groin right before the race, so recovery has been slow. Now I can rest to fully heal.but as soon as I'm better, I'm hittin the road.

I may have recruited a few people to run with me next year...with a year training, who can say no?

This time, I'm gonna train to run straight...trying not to walk much.
